Smokey Quartz with Shungite and brass Flower of Life, hung on soft black rope designed to sit just below the solar plexus.

So much thought and intention has gone into the making of these amulets, it is, in turn a ceremony in itself to go through the many stages of designing and making. I have chosen the combination of crystals and symbols carefully with the hope that they can bring you as much joy as I have received whilst making them. They also act as tools and talismans aiding you on your own magical journey.

Smoky Quartz was known to the ancient Druids as a stone of power, to them it connected to the earthly gods and goddesses. In other cultures it guided souls to the afterlife, served in shamanistic rituals and tribal ceremonies, and was utilized in magic to connect with spirits of the lower worlds. Said to be a protective and grounding stone, calming an over active mind and helping to alleviate anxiety, fear, distress and depression. Grounding to the earth this is a wonderful stone to have in your presence!

Estimated to be around 2 billion years old! Shungite is found in very ancient layers of the Earths crust that were formed way before life we know existed! Constituting of 99% carbon leading to the shungite mystery.... Typically, materials made of carbon come from decayed organic substances like old forests. But the stone is thought to be at least 2 billion years old. This is before organic life existed on the planet. One theory is that a large meteorite collided into Earth and deposited shungite into the ground!

This stone has been said to purify water, aid the immune system and protect from electomagnetic radiation.

I have brought these two crystals together with a solid brass flower of life symbol.
