There can be many obstacles in our way when it comes to loving ourselves, how we talk to ourselves, comparing, and criticising. It all gets in the way of a peaceful mind and a happy and joyous life. I know from experience! 
 
Whilst creating the love hearts I drank cacao, sat with the crystals and opened my heart weaving in my intentions. My wish is that you will feel some of this and be inspired to really show up, do the work, stop self sabotage and find the joy in truly loving you!
 
Black Obsidian Stone is said to be a powerful cleanser of psychic smog created within your aura, and is a strong psychic protection stone.
