There can be many obstacles in our way when it comes to loving ourselves, how we talk to ourselves, comparing, and criticising. It all gets in the way of a peaceful mind and a happy and joyous life. I know from experience! 
 
Whilst creating the love hearts I drank cacao, sat with the crystals and opened my heart weaving in my intentions. My wish is that you will feel some of this and be inspired to really show up, do the work, stop self sabotage and find the joy in truly loving you!
 
Labradorite has an incredible awe inspiring lustre! It is made up of thin layers of different minerals and as light travels through these layers it breaks up the white light into all the colors of the rainbow which then bounce back, get deflected, get absorbed and flash before our eye. The kind of stone that you can’t take your eyes off, helping to focus and meditate.
 
Labradorite is said to bring light to the unknown, aiding with insights, calming an overactive mind and bringing peace.
